WHAT IS THE GALLERY & GATHERING SPACE?
Good question!
Our lodge decided to create a community oriented space (in what was the late and wonderful Odd Fellow Allan Rogers’ Picture framing shop). Located at 210 Spring St. Nevada City. The vision is fluid and a work in progress. It is our goal to create a space that id available for local artists, presenters and musicians to be able to display their work, to present their story, to play their music, and to give a presentation on just about anything! It id a place in the heart of Nevada City that gives us an opportunity to shine, share and become a part of our community through the arts and fellowship.

HOW IT WORKS
We have big plans for all of us!
The Gallery offers an affordable place for local artists to display their work in a professional gallery format. For musicians and spoken word performances this is an intimate venue to shine. We would like to encourage young artists to apply to show in our Youth Arts Program. You can contact Kathi Griffis kathangriffis@gmail.com to learn more about it.
Along with our monthly exhibitions, we have a dedicated area for presentations or music performances. The Gathering Place in within the space and is officially open on Thursdays for relaxation and to meet other Odd Fellows. Noon on Thursdays is the time to come chat. Come by and find out who we are and the great things we can do together in our community. Bring a bag lunch or enjoy a beverage while relaxing from the hubbub of Nevada City.
We are open Thursdays – Sundays 11 – 5pm
You are welcome to come and relax and checkout the art and chat with us.
Are you interested in video or audio production? The”The Odd Pod” is going to provide a space for such endeavors! Contact Eric Tomb at tomes@nccn.net for more info.

We are a non-profit fraternal organization so our commission fees are low and are designed to help defray the utilities and upkeep of our building.
